Persprofile 360° offers all the benefits of Persprofile, but with a comprehensive 360° view!
An individual’s interpersonal skills and motivations are assessed through the perspectives of colleagues and other frequent interactors, such as managers, peers, and/or internal or external clients.

This unique approach provides a deeper understanding of an individual’s strengths and areas for improvement.

The 360-degree evaluation is facilitated by the human resources department (certified in PersProfile) or an external consultant/coach. The employee completes a PersProfile self-assessment, while a similar PersProfile 360° questionnaire is filled out by other respondents.
